Feb. 25—Aramark Business Dining has joined with Cooking Light magazine in an exclusive multiyear agreement that will provide Cooking Light recipes and more to Aramark’s 25 North American B&I locations.

Aramark will also have access to Cooking Light’s ongoing development of healthy foods in order to open a licensed and branded Cooking Light demonstration station in its client locations. Aramark customers will be able to purchase a freshly prepared Cooking Light meal and learn tips and techniques from the chef. The station also provides employees with a Cooking Light recipe card and its accompanying nutritional information so recipes can be tried at home. Additionally, customers may purchase the magazine at their dining facilities.

To date, six Cooking Light branded demonstration stations have opened in several states nationwide. Additional client locations will open in major marketplaces throughout 2010.

“By joining with Cooking Light, we are providing our clients with another opportunity to enjoy high-quality, healthy foods that are freshly prepared,” said Gary Crompton, president of Aramark Business Dining. “The relationship underscores our commitment to providing innovative and delicious solutions in the workplace.”
