James Beard Award winning chef Michael Symon is partnering with Aramark and the Cleveland Cavaliers NBA team to bring his signature cuisine to the Cavaliers’ Quicken Loans Arena home. As part of the partnership, two Symon-branded dining destinations will be open at the arena for all Cavaliers games and for most arena events.

They will include the B Spot and Bar Symon at the Q. B Spot will specialize in burgers while Bar Symon at the Q features comfort food favorites like mac and cheese, fried chicken and bratwurst, all done with Symon’s signature touches (such as topping a burger with fried bologna and making mac and cheese with goat cheese, rosemary and roasted tomatoes). Also, customized catering packages, featuring Symon’s signature menu, will be designed exclusively for arena suite-holders.

“Our partnership with Michael brings together the best of Cleveland’s sports and culinary worlds under one roof to create a dining environment that complements the first-rate entertainment experience the team has created for its guests at Quicken Loans Arena,” says Aramark District Manager Kevin Kearney. “We look forward to working with Michael to provide guests with new, award-winning and innovative concepts that will bring a unique Cleveland flair to the menu offerings.”

The Cavaliers and Aramark signed a new multi-year agreement in 2009 for food and beverage services at Quicken Loans Arena. The company has been the concessionaire at the facility since its opening in 1994 as Gund Arena.
