Aramark has been chosen to manage the formerly self-operated dining services at Mississippi State University. The company plans to reopen the campus’s Colvard Student Union in time for the fall 2007 semester, with branded outlets including Chick-fil-A, Sbarro, Starbucks, Miso Noodle and Sushi Bar and Zoca Mexican Grille. An express convenience store will also be added. Aramark will also renovate the Perry Cafeteria residential dining hall over summer 2008, converting it into a marketplace-style venue with stations featuring various types of meals. Other planned additions include an extended-hours Burger King, a pair of Einstein Brothers Cafés, including one in the library, and convenience store.
