Aramark Harrison Lodging has named Brian Stapleton to the new position of director of culinary standards. Stapleton had been executive chef for the company’s operation at The Carolina Inn on the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill campus. Aramark Harrison Lodging manages 17 resorts, conference centers and parks around the country.
