Aramark celebrates NBA All-Star Game with special treats

A variety of specialty menu items as well as new, advanced self-checkout technology provide fans with an elevated hospitality experience during 2022 NBA All-Star events at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland.

Aramark, which operates the food & beverage services at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, home of the NBA’s Cleveland Cavaliers and host venue of the 2022 NBA All-Star Game and related events, developed a variety of specialty menu items and new, advanced self-checkout technology for the festivities taking place the weekend of Feb. 18-20.   

“We are thrilled to welcome the NBA’s guests and global fanbase to Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse with some of the best local dishes and flavors found in the city of Cleveland,” said Alison Birdwell, President and CEO of Aramark Sports and Entertainment, on the eve of the festivities. “This weekend’s events provide a unique opportunity to showcase Aramark’s culinary innovation and contribute to the overall excitement of the league’s annual celebration.”  

The new menu items were created by Aramark Senior Executive Chef Stephen Aheimer and the culinary team at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse and included items celebrating the host Cavaliers’ history as well as the cuisine traditions and local favorites of the host city.
