Oklahoma State University has announced a new on-campus food nutrition labeling system to help students make healthier eating choices, reports the Daily Ardmoreite. The program provides nutritional information for more than 800 grab-and-go prepared foods made fresh each day in OSU University Dining Services kitchens.

Label information includes serving size, number of servings per package, ingredients, nutritional values and allergen information. In addition, healthy prepared food options will also bear the “Choose Orange” label originally implemented in 2007 that designate items that adhere to the USDA dietary guidelines.
