Bubble tea gets a fruity fix with this version, which features frozen yogurt mix and fresh fruit.

Ingredients

1 oz. black pearl tapioca
1 oz. fruit bobas
3 oz. flavored base mix
2 oz. frozen yogurt mix (if requested; this turns out to be more of a smoothie)
1 oz. Karo light corn syrup
2 oz. fresh fruit
3 cups crushed ice

Steps

1. Bring tapioca pearls to a boil. Reduce heat and allow to simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2. Put tapioca pearls and bobas in bottom of 16-ounce cup.

3. Blend together remaining ingredients for 1½ to 2 minutes. Pour mixture into cup over pearls and bobas. Serve with dome lid and fat straw.
