Classic peanut butter and jelly gets a decadent makeover by taking a dip in waffle batter and being topped with maple syrup.
2 slices whole-grain white bread
2 tbsp. peanut butter
2 tbsp. grape jelly
Belgian Waffle mix
1 oz. maple syrup
1. Spread peanut butter on one side of bread and spread jelly on one side of other slice. Place both pieces of bread together.
2. Dip in waffle batter and fry in deep fryer until golden brown. Cut in half diagonally and drizzle with syrup.
