Stoneridge Creek in Pleasanton, Calif., has introduced two robots to its dining team, Patch reports.

The robots, named Robbie and Stoney, act as food runners and bussers and allow human staff to have more face time with residents.

Other senior-living communities such as Wesley Enhanced Living Main Line in Media, Pa., have also added robots to help with staffing issues.
