Ingredients

Dough for 12-in. pizza

3 oz. taleggio cheese

Pinch of minced garlic

2 oz. sun-dried tomatoes

2 oz. cooked spinach

1 oz. thinly sliced long peppers

Extra virgin olive oil

Lemon juice

Steps

  1. Roll pizza dough out into smooth, flat 12-inch round. Place on pizza pan.

  2. Arrange cheese, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach and peppers on top of dough. Place pizza in very hot oven (800 F) and bake 90 seconds.

  1. Remove the pizza from oven. Sprinkle the pizza to taste with extra virgin olive and lemon juice.
