This refreshing beverage features green tea, lemon grass and rosemary, making for a light, citrus-y drink for the summer months.

Ingredients

1 bag green tea
4 oz. hot water
2-in. stalk lemon grass or lemon wedge
1 10-in. piece rosemary, stemmed, top reserved
Artificial sweetener (optional)
Ice cubes (optional)
8 oz. sparkling water
Lemon zest (optional)

Steps

1. Steep tea bag in 4 oz. of hot water with lemon grass and rosemary. Remove tea bag after 3 mins. Infuse herbs until water cools to room temperature.

2. Strain tea into tall glass over ice with sweetener, if using. Add sparkling water, sprinkle with lemon zest and garnish with sprig of rosemary.
