St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital has been teaming up with local Memphis restaurants to bring new offerings to patients, staff and visitors.

The initiative, which started in April, has showcased menu items from concepts Humdingers, Hog Wild and Sunrise Memphis. Dishes offered have ranged from chorizo bowls to Boudin Eggs Benedict.

The program “gives our cafeteria guests more variety while our friends in the restaurant community gain exposure to a new audience,” says Michael Vetro, executive chef for St. Jude.
