Menus move into the future
“We are reducing the variety of packaging options that we are using and creating menus that work better as an inclusive dish. For example, we will be offering a noodle bowl where the entire meal comes together in one package, reducing the number of boxes needed per person. We will also be adding other options that do not need a box or bowl and use less material to make. Sandwiches and burritos, for example, can simply be wrapped in paper and placed in a bag.” —Chris Studtmann, Seattle Pacific UniversityPhotograph by Tyllie Barbosa
