Tzatziki Sauce
Morrison Management Specialists
Yield: 8 servings
1 ¾ cup Greek yogurt, plain, fat free
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
¼ tsp. sea salt
¼ tsp. fresh ground black pepper
1 tbsp. dill weed, chopped
1 tsp. garlic, minced
1 cup cucumbers, grated
1. In mixing bowl, combine yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, dill, garlic and cucumber. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving so flavors can marry.
2. Serve with pita chips, carrots, celery, cucumbers or as a spread on your favorite sandwich.
