Delaware North’s high-end Patina 250 street restaurant, which it debuted two years ago in the company’s new headquarters complex in Buffalo, has announced a new Delaware North All-Stars menu featuring signature dishes from some of the most iconic, landmark properties where Delaware North operates around the world.

The company is one of the largest privately held hospitality companies in the world, operating in more than 200 locations on four continents. Patina 250 is operated through its Patina Restaurant Group subsidiary.
