NHL’s All-Star menu by Levy showcases hometown flavors of hockey teams
From St. Louis-style toasted ravioli to LA bulgogi cheesesteak and Montreal poutine, this menu revved up ravenous fans for All-Star weekend at Enterprise Center.
Food and beverage specials delivered a taste of cities around the league for two days of All-Star events at Enterprise Center in St. Louis. Nine new specialty dishes were added, along with a new grab-and-go market on the main concourse offering 45 types of beef, cider and seltzer.
The event featured matchups with hockey’s best players, including women hockey players, a performance by Green Day’s lead singer Billie Joe Armstrong and lots of great food from the Levy food service team. The menu represented hometown favorites from around the league, and items ranged from a meaty meatball sub to a plant-based “meat” taco.
“It’s a huge honor to host the NHL’s best players and fans,” says Daniel Driol, executive chef for Levy at Enterprise Center, where the hospitality team includes five chefs and 22 managers. “It’s an exciting time for our team in St. Louis and beyond. We’re fortunate to work with a great team here and draw on our colleagues serving other arenas around the league.” Check out the All-Star menu items.
