Major League Soccer (MSL) team FC Dallas recently debuted its Texas-sized new menu items for the 2023 MLS season at a culinary tasting in the Gallagher Club at the National Soccer Hall of Fame. The new offerings will be available starting February 25 when the team begins its 28th MLS season against Minnesota United at Toyota Stadium.

The culinary team at Toyota Stadium for concessions firm Legends Hospitality is directed by Executive Chef Erika Dabney and General Manager Kristy Rempel, who presented the new menu additions with FC Dallas at the showcase.

“We know FC Dallas fans love spicy, bold and fresh flavors, and more and more fans seek out vegetarian and vegan offerings,” Dabney said. “Families also come to matches hungry and love to share items together in the fun environment. Our work together to develop the new additions focused on building on our successes like the Monster Taco and our delicious new-twist approaches to classics, along with vegetarian and fresh flavor menu selections. We’re so excited to bring the 2023 season’s new additions to fans.”

“The soccer match experience at Toyota Stadium is outstanding and we love creating new and next-level exciting flavors for fans, based on their continual feedback,” Rempel added. “We’re also so excited to launch our Everything’s Bigger in Texas Stand, where fans will enjoy big portion, shareable items for the family like our famous Monster Taco, as well as the new Double Stacked Quesadillas.”
