Boston University is adding 15 new authentically prepared Chinese meals to its dining hall monthly meal rotation in order to better accommodator the school's growing Chinese student population, reports the Daily Free Press student paper. A spike in Chinese student admissions have made them BU's largest ethnic group, but they have a significantly low return rate to campus housing between freshman and sophomore years and the school would like to see that rise to the same level as it is for other students.

BU's campus dining is operated by Aramark and it recently upgraded its facilities with the opening of Marciano Commons in fall 2012.
