Sometimes more is…more. After a three-year renovation, Miami’s Hard Rock Stadium has grown a lot. And the Centerplate-run foodservice operation went from 16 branded concepts back in 2014 to 38 concepts this season. New foodie-friendly concepts this season include Coyo Taco, Fuku, Los Ranchos, Jackson Soul Food, O-B House and Shorty’s BBQ.

And beer lovers haven’t been forgotten: There are than 50 craft beers at the stadium’s two new taprooms. Hard Rock Stadium has 1,090 tap handles, "which is one of the highest points of distribution in the NFL,” says Kevin Mitchell, Centerplate general manager at Hard Rock Stadium. “This means less waiting in line and more time to enjoy your beverage and watch the on-field action.”

All that beer pairs well with the many food choices from menus with generous dashes of fiery Caribbean flair, sushi sophistication, all-American sports pub fare and rib-stickin’ soul food flavor.
