Ingredients

4 oz. wild-caught salmon
1 whole-wheat flour tortilla
1 sheet nori
1/4 cup seasoned cooked brown rice
1/4 cup shredded white cabbage
1/4 cup cucumber slices
3 slices avocado
Aioli blended with sesame oil and green chilies

Steps

  1. Grill salmon over mesquite wood 5 to 7 minutes or until done. Separate into flakes.

  2. Lay out tortilla on flat surface; lay nori on top. Layer on salmon, rice, cabbage, cucumber and avocado. Spread a little aioli on top.

  3. Roll up tortilla to enclose filling.
