YIELD: 18
2 cups orange marmalade
1 cup barbecue sauce, prepared
¼ cup sesame oil
¼ cup Teriyaki glaze, prepared
2 Tbsps. Sriracha chili sauce
90 chicken wings and drummies, deep-fried, warm
As needed, wonton strips, deep-fried
As needed orange wheels, fresh
1. Combine orange marmalade, barbecue sauce, sesame oil, Teriyaki glaze and Sriracha in saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
2. To assemble single serving: combine 5 wings and ¼ cup of the glaze in bowl and toss to blend. Portion on plate. Garnish with wonton strips and orange wheels.
