A potpourri of palate-pleasing tastes in one delicious mid-day meal. A mingling of Farmland favorites, hickory- smoked honey cured ham for a bold flavor and our apple cinnamon pork loin for just a touch of sweetness. Topped with peanut sauce for a unique Asian influence.

Ingredients

1 oz. Thai peanut sauce
4-inch white baguette, sliced lengthwise
1 1/2 oz. sliced Farmland® Apple Cinnamon Pork Loin
1 oz. thinly sliced Farmland® Honey Ham
1/2 oz. thinly sliced bell pepper
1/2 oz. thinly sliced red onion
1 (1/2-oz.) slice mozzarella cheese
1/2 oz. shredded lettuce

Steps

  1. Spread peanut sauce onto heel and crown of bread. Place pork loin and ham on heel.

  2. Sauté peppers and onions until tender-crisp; place on crown. Top with cheese.

  3. Broil heel and crown of sandwich until heated and cheese is melted. Sprinkle lettuce on heel and close sandwich to serve.
