Ingredients
5 cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup chopped bok choy
1/4 cup sliced napa cabbage
2 tbsp. edamame
1 oz. halved snow peas
3 tbsp. bean sprouts
1 oz. julienned carrots
2 tbsp. julienned celery
1 oz. bias cut red onion
1 oz. Spicy Thai Dressing (recipe follows)
Spicy Thai Dressing
Yield: 10 oz.
Juice of 2 Valencia oranges
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp. chopped mint
1 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 tsp. Chinese 5 Spice
Steps
Mix all ingredients, except dressing, in bowl. Drizzle Spicy Thai Dressing over top and serve.
Spicy Thai Dressing
Mix all ingredients in bowl. Store in cold storage unit.
