Ingredients

5 cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup chopped bok choy
1/4 cup sliced napa cabbage
2 tbsp. edamame
1 oz. halved snow peas
3 tbsp. bean sprouts
1 oz. julienned carrots
2 tbsp. julienned celery
1 oz. bias cut red onion
1 oz. Spicy Thai Dressing (recipe follows)

Spicy Thai Dressing
Yield: 10 oz.

Juice of 2 Valencia oranges
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp. chopped mint
1 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 tsp. Chinese 5 Spice

Steps

  1. Mix all ingredients, except dressing, in bowl. Drizzle Spicy Thai Dressing over top and serve.

Spicy Thai Dressing

  1. Mix all ingredients in bowl. Store in cold storage unit.
