Tabasco sauce gives this classic fried chicken salad a kick. The salad also features eggs, tomatoes and cucumbers.
2 lb. chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 tbsp. Original Tabasco Pepper Sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
All-purpose flour as needed
16 oz. salad greens
8 tomato wedges
4 oz. carrots, shredded
4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
4 cucumbers, sliced
1. Place chicken, salt, pepper and pepper sauce in plastic bag. Marinate overnight.
2. Dust marinated chicken with flour. Deep-fry until golden brown and chicken is done.
3. Place 4 oz. greens on plate and top with sliced chicken. Garnish with remaining ingredients. Serve with choice of dressing.
