INGREDIENTS:1 cup peanut butter, preferably natural style
½ cup honey
8 slices buttermilk or potato bread
24-32 potato chips
2 bananas, peeled and thinly sliced DIRECTIONS:Combine peanut butter and honey in a medium bowl. Mix until well-combined. Spread equal amounts of this mixture onto one side of each slice of bread. Top half of the bread slices with 6-8 potato chips, pressing them lightly into the peanut butter mixture to adhere. Top the other half of the bread slices evenly with banana slices, pressing them lightly into the peanut butter to adhere.
