This easy salad features albacore tuna, onion, sweet red peppers and Jamaican jerk spice.
2 cups mayonnaise
1⁄4 cup Jamaican jerk spice
11⁄2 cups onion, fine dice
1 cup sweet red peppers, small dice
1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 43-oz. pouch Chicken of the Sea Albacore White Tuna
1. In bowl, place first five ingredients. Gently flake and fold in tuna. Mix until all ingredients are blended.
2. Chill until ready to serve. Serve on bed of iceberg lettuce or wrapped in warm tortilla, pita or focaccia bread.
