INGREDIENTS:2 pounds sliced, good-quality Black Forest ham
6 slices Gouda cheese
2 bunches arugula or watercress
6 heaping Tbsp. green goddess dressing, prepared
12 slices Bistro rye bread
2 Tbsp. olive oilDIRECTIONS:Distribute the ham onto 6 slices of bread. Top the ham with cheese and arugula. Spoon the green goddess dressing over the arugula and top with the remaining slices of bread.

Heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil in a very large sauté pan over medium-high heat until hot. Add 3 of the sandwiches and cook on each side until brown, 2-3 minutes per side.
