Spice up your Mexican-style options with this flatbread filled with fresh veggies, beans and barbacoa.
2 oz. #10 black beans
1 4.4 oz.-naan tandoori bread
2 oz. barbacoa beef, cooked
1 oz. corn
2 oz. shredded Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese
2 oz. pico de gallo
1 oz. sour cream
Blend black beans to form purée.
Spread black bean purée on naan.
Top with beef, corn and cheddar and Jack cheese.
Toast in Turbo Chef oven on flatbread setting. Garnish with pico de gallo and sour cream.
