YIELD: 12 sandwiches

¼ cup honey mustard
12 sweet French rolls, cut in half lengthwise
12 slices Swiss cheese, cut to fit rolls
12 slices ham
12 slices roast pork
48 dill pickle slices
3 ripe mangos (12 count size), pitted, peeled and thinly sliced
¼ cup butter

1. Spread mustard on roll bottoms; top with cheese, ham, pork, pickles and mango. Close sandwiches and spread butter on top and bottom of rolls.

2. Place sandwiches in a large skillet over medium heat and press down with a spatula to compress sandwiches. Cook 4-5 minutes on each side or until rolls are golden brown and crisp and filling is hot and cheese is melted.
