This simple but flavorful salad features albacore tuna, lemon juice, garlic and fresh parsley.
2 cups fresh parsley, chopped
1 cup olive oil
1⁄4 cup garlic, chopped
1⁄2 cup lemon juice
1 43-oz. pouch Chicken of the Sea Albacore White Tuna
1. In bowl, whisk together parsley, olive oil, garlic and lemon juice. Allow to sit for 15 minutes.
2. Gently flake in tuna, and mix until all ingredients are blended. Chill until ready to serve.
