Charrasio and Avocado Salad

This salad from Smuckers Corp. (Metz Culinary Management) mixes avocados, cilantro leaves, oregano leaves, parsley leaves and habanero chili for a flavorful Charrasio and Avocado Salad.
Ingredients
Argentine-style avocado sauce
2 stalks green onions
3 cloves garlic
½ cup cider vinegar
½ cup olive oil
1 cup cilantro leaves
Salt to taste
1 seeded Serrano or habanero chili (optional)
4 large avocados
Chimichurri
1 cup parsley leaves
1/2 cup cilantro leaves
1/4 cup fresh oregano leaves
6 to 8 cloves garlic
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 cup cider or red wine vinegar
Salt to taste
Steps
For Argentine-style avocado sauce:
Combine all ingredients except avocado in blender and blend until smooth.
Add avocado and blend until smooth.
For Chimichurri:
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
