Avocado Fish Wrap with Oyster Flavored Sauce

fish fillets, or fish steakscut into 2" × 4" logs

3 Tbsps.

oyster flavored sauce

1 Tbsp.

chili garlic sauce

4 Tbsps.

cornstarch

2 oz.

cooking oil

flour tortillas, medium sized

1

fresh avocado, peeled,seeded, cut into ½" thickslices lengthwise

4

romaine lettuce leaves,washed, drained, cut intolong strips

1

red bell pepper, seeded,cut into strips

1

green bell pepper, seeded,cut into strips

  • Marinate fish with oyster flavored sauce and chili garlic sauce for 10 minutes.

  • Roll fish fillets with cornstarch until fully covered

  • Sauté fish in oil until golden brown on each side.

  • Warm the flour tortillas in microwave. Serve with fish, avocado, bell pepper and romaine lettuce.
