School is back in-person, but a simple return to normal isn’t enough for Aramark Student Nutrition President Barbara Flanagan, who said “we don’t want to return to normal; we want better than normal” in a press release announcing Aramark K-12’s new name and branded identity, Aramark Student Nutrition.

The name change includes refreshed graphics and new culinary offerings designed to evolve with the times and the tastes of today’s young students. Also, Aramark developed the Student Nutrition Culinary Alliance with 11 chefs who collaborate, listen to school feedback and work together to make school meals better than just back to normal.

“We see the potential in every student,” said Flanagan, “and our passion is to nourish that potential and engage with students and school communities in meaningful ways.”

Check out the new LTOs (all great examples of the bowl trend and smoothies for students as the ‘22-23 school year gets underway all over the country.
