School nutrition trending: Minnesota school ditches a la carte, school district improves scratch-cooking program

In other news, K-12 by Elior launched a school meal home delivery program. The company is now delivering its multiday meal packs to individual student homes with its Door to Door initiative. The program sends meal packs containing two, three or five days’ worth of meals to student homes, depending on their remote/in-school schedule.
