The School Nutrition Association of Illinois has appointed two new school nutrition professionals to its board for the remainder of the 2015-16 school year.

Kim Minestra, director of nutrition services at Evanston Township High School (ETHS), will serve as president, while Emily Conti, assistant director of nutrition services at ETHS, has been named public relations committee co-chair, reports The Daily Northwestern.
