Epstein School, a private Jewish elementary school in Atlanta, is getting $50,000 toward a cafeteria renovation thanks to fourth-grader Sydney Fialkow, who won the Uncle Ben's Beginners Cooking Contest with a recipe for a chicken and rice dish. Uncle Ben's parent Mars Food US presented the check to the school at a rally on May 2. Epstein's foodservice director, Jane Escalera, says she's not sure yet exactly what the money will be used for but she's glad to have it.
