Medical Center Teams With University's Hospitality School on Design of New Bistro

Niagara Falls Medical Center looks to Niagara University's College of Hospitality & Tourism to create a new retail dining venue.

Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center has engaged Niagara University's College of Hospitality and Tourism to help create a modern café bistro that will replace the hospital's outdated cafeteria, reports the Niagara Gazette. Niagara's hospitality students will work with architectural firm Cannon Designon on improving workflow and enhancing the customer experience while serving a variety of new menu choices in a comfortable, modern setting. The College of Hospitality and Tourism also will work with Memorial to introduce current best practices in customer service to the new facility.
