Lodi Schools Wants to Add Executive Chef

The foodservice department for the Lodi (CA) USD is changing its name to Nutrition Services and wants to add a new executive chef position that would cost an estimated $133,000 including salary/benefits plus food and ingredients the chef would need, reports the Lodi News. The department also reports that currently, more than half of the fresh fruits it serves in its cafeterias are from local sources.
