High School's All-Vegan Lunch a Success

Branford (CT) High School teamed up with a local vegetarian restaurant to offer an all vegan lunch on Friday, March 30, that was deemed a big success, reports the Branford Patch. The eatery, G-Zen, teamed with the school's dining services provider Chartwells to offer two meatless options instead of traditional selections: vegan vegetable lasagna and vegetable brown fried rice.
