A green (literally) cart sells healthy concessions items like apples, bananas, oranges and nutrition bars during athletic events at Binghamton (NY) High School, reports the Ithaca Journal. The cart, located near the gymnasium entrance during basketball games, is part of an initiative to encourage healthier eating in Broome County, where over 60 percent of adults are overweight or obese.
