Restaurant will be managed by Bon Appétit. St. Louis University has announced that its new School of Law building will include The Docket, an open-to-the-public restaurant.

June 6—St. Louis University has announced that its new School of Law building will include The Docket, an open-to-the-public restaurant.

The 3,500-square-foot restaurant, with 110 seats indoors and 72 outside, will be operated by Bon Appétit Management Co. This fall, the restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday through Friday and dinner only on Saturday.

According to the press release, "The menu at The Docket will focus on small plates, pizzas, pastas and rustic entrees featuring locally sourced, seasonal ingredients and skilled from-scratch cooking. A wood-burning oven and grill will be the heart of the space serving a steady stream of pizzas, flatbreads and earthenware casseroles.
