District Plans to Use Test Kitchen to Evaluate Equipment Options

Indian River County (FL) Schools is planning to use its new test kitchen to put potential new equipment options as well as potential new menu items to the test, reports TCPalm News. Located in the district's new support service complex, the test kitchen will also house the catering operation and nutrition education services under a new test kitchen manager.
