Denver Schools Exploring Pay for Performance for Caf Workers

Denver Public Schools is planning a "pay-for performance" program for cafeteria workers that would reward staff at individual sites for achievements such as boosting participation rates and scoring high on metrics like health inspections and customer service surveys, reports KUSA-TV. Denver Schools is in the midst of a nutrition program overhaul that is converting its meal prep approach to one that will cook all its food from scratch.
