CBS Investigates School Lunch Rebate Issue

A CBS News investigative report aired May 12th explored the ongoing investigation into potential fraud involving supplier rebates by contract management companies providing dining services management to school systems. The report reveals that New York Attorney Geenral Eric Schneiderman has subpoenaed to 10 companies in addition to Sodexo, which settled the case in New York in 2010, and that two more states—Hawaii and California—have joined in the fraud investigation.
