An all-you-can-eat salad cart has proved a hit for getting elementary school students in the Douglas County (CO) School District to try different kinds of fresh produce, reports Our Colorado News. Eighteen of the district's 60 elementary schools have the carts, a number the district plans to extend to around 50 by the end of the current school year, despite the $2,400 cost of each unit.
