Wolfgang Puck Express Unit to Open in Hospital

University Hospitals in Cleveland plans to open a Wolfgang Puck Express unit at its new Seidman Cancer Center facility later this spring, reports the Cleveland Plain Dealer. It is reportedly the first Wolfgang Puck Express in a hospital location for the chain, which has over 80 units worldwide, primarily in airports and malls. Foodservices for University Hospitals is managed by Sodexo.
