"We have had many compliments on it. It appears to have attracted employees who previously were not coming as often to the cafeteria. We are doing a survey of employees to gather additional information about characteristics of those using the station," says Gregoire.
Some of the mouth watering offerings include a Tuscan Tuna Salad, Sante Fe Tilapia, Bulgar Pilaf, Ratatouille, and a Grilled Grecian Turkey Steak with Cucumber Yogurt Sauce, and Cranberry Walnut Wild Rice.
