FULL STORY: Retail Brands Do Double Duty at UNC Health Care

Great Beginnings—breakfast all day concept featuring omelets, cereals, bagels/muffins and favorites like pancakes and sausage/bacon;
Big City Café—six different breakfast sandwiches with various cheeses, meats and breads (this is the first concept to be introduced on the patient side rather than as a retail station);
Bandaleros—burritos/plates with customer’s choice of meat, beans, rice and toppings;
Continental Traders—comfort food like meatloaf and chicken marsala, as well as international dishes like tilapia en papillote;
Max Mango’s—milkshakes, smoothies, Italian ices, ice cream and pudding/Jell-O selections in various flavors;
Flat Iron Grill—burgers and other grilled favorites (chicken, hot dog, quesadilla) with customer’s choice of toppings and sides;
Red Ginger—Asian entrees and sides;
Carolina Chicken Co.—authentic North Carolina chicken and barbecue entrees and sides;
Pressed—fresh panini sandwiches and soups with sides;
Sushi 54—six different sushi options (California, vegetarian, etc.) rolled fresh in-house daily;
Caprese’s Deli—build your own deli sandwiches with choice of breads, meats, cheeses, toppings and dressings;  
Mezza Luna—build your own salads with choice of greens, cheeses, meats, toppings and dressings;
Cosimo’s—pizzas with choice of toppings and pasta dishes with choice of noodles and sauces;
Baker Street—sweets, including cookies, cakes and pies as well as three signature low-fat desserts;
Kids Menu—kid-sized/friendly favorites;
Beverage Spot—hot and cold beverages.
