Colorado Plains Medical Center in Ft. Morgan, Col., unveiled a remodeled cafeteria twice the size of its predecessor and featuring an expanded menu and new name, Branches, reports the Journal-Advocate. The project, funded in part by a monetary High Five Award from the hospital's parent company, dramatically increased dining space, updated the decor and added new equipment in both the kitchen and server, including self-serve pizza warmers and a larger salad bar. A hospital spokesperson told the Journal-Advocate that the changes are also intended to draw more outside customers from the community to the cafeteria for lunch.
