Students from the Hospitality Management program at Mission College will be involved in menu planning for the new Levi's Stadium concessions and catering operations managed by Centerplate, reports the Santa Clara Weekly. Located in Santa Clara, the 68,500-seat Levi's will be the new home of the NFL’s San Francisco 49ers starting this fall and will also host Super Bowl 50 in 2016 as well as college football’s annual Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl. Around a dozen Mission College hospitality students have worked on the project in a range of capacities, in both the back and front of the house as well as on internal concessions and even premium service and club space items.
